Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders require 1 to 3 business days for processing and verification before shipping. Additional time may be needed during promotional periods or holidays.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Please note: Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address may take longer to be delivered.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via UPS or USPS.

  • International Orders: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system. If the tracking link is not yet working, please allow 24-48 hours for updates.

  • Transit times do not include processing time and vary by destination. Delays may occur, especially during peak seasons.

  • Weekends are not considered transit days for any shipping method.

Address Changes & Incorrect Shipping Information

  • If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at web.usa@annchery.com.co

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. If a package needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

International Orders & Import Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout. If you are purchasing outside the U.S., you are considered the Importer of Record and may be required to pay these charges based on your country’s regulations.

  • Our company is not responsible for customs or duty fees, as they are separate from shipping costs. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control, and policies vary by country. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Customs, Duties & Non-Refundable Fees

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges for International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
